William "Billy" Earl Fennel

William "Billy" Earl Fennel, 58 of Gilbertsville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at his residence.

Born Thursday, April 25, 1968 in Benton, Kentucky, he was the son of James "Jim" Fennel and the late Marcia Downing Fennel. Billy was a Lineman for TVA.

Surviving are his father, James "Jim" Fennel; daughters, Ferrin Gentry (Daryl) of Benton, KY and Taylar Kaul (Gaurav) of Calvert City, KY;  brother, Brad Fennel of Paducah, KY, sister, Kristy Poindexter (J. R.) of Boaz, KY; 6 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his mother and son, Zachary Fennel.
