Kevin Dane Lamb, 58, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, September 14, 2026, at his place of residence.
Kevin was born to Gary D. and Connie Holley Lamb on February 21, 1968, in Marshall County, Kentucky and was raised in the Olive community. He was a self-employed landscaper and a carpenter with the Carpenter’s Local 357. Kevin was known for his giving heart and outgoing personality. Along with being quite sociable came an amazing sense of humor. He enjoyed bringing laughter to those around him, and his warm, outgoing nature made it easy for him to build lasting friendships. He was your typical Western Kentucky country boy, and in his free time he loved to hunt, fish, and play his guitar. Kevin was also of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by one daughter, Hallie Marie Lamb of Raleigh, North Carolina; one son, Justin Lamb (Lexie) of Benton, Kentucky; one sister, Veronica Jane Tucker (Troy Phillips) of Calvert City, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Gentry Thomas Lamb and Halle Lucille Lamb; one nephew, Clay Tucker (Gretchen); one niece, Raeleigh Phillips; and his parents, Gary D. Lamb and Connie Holley Lamb.
He was preceded in death by one son, Kerry Lynn Lamb; and his grandparents, Lawrence and Mildred Lamb.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at the Olive Community Church, 3975 Old Olive Rd, Hardin, KY 42048.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at the Olive Community Church, with Bro. Rick Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Horn Cemetery.
