Patsy Satterfield, 95, of Gilbertsville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at her home.
Patsy was born in Marshall County, Kentucky, on August 3, 1929, to the late Clete Devine and Hester Butler Devine. She was an avid Kentucky Wildcats fan who enjoyed supporting them and watching them on TV. Patsy loved the Lord and her family. She was a kind, Christian woman who always put the needs of others over her own. As a stay-at-home mom, she enjoyed raising her two daughters and loved spending time with her family.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Patsy’s two extraordinary caregivers, Shawna Darnall and Claudine Powell, as well as Patsy’s hospice nurse, Mary Ann, who all took exceptional care of her and treated her with great love and compassion.
She is survived by her two daughters, Sheila Scillion (Mike) of Gilbertsville, and Tiffany Collins (Jeff) of Symsonia; her two sisters, Joyce Grote (Charles) of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky and Ann Irwin of Clarksville, Tennessee; her brother, Sam Devine (Brenda) of Frankfort, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Evert Scillion (Sherry), Michael Scillion (Shelley), Stacy Stites, and Blair Freece (Joe); nine great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty years, Clinton Satterfield; one sister, Dean Akin; one brother, Harvey “Bubby” Devine; and her parents.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the Life Celebration Center of Filbeck-Cann, 1003 Poplar Street, Benton, KY 42025.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the Life Celebration Center of Filbeck-Cann with Bro. Jeff Collins and Bro. Darrell Walker officiating. Burial will follow at Provine Cemetery in Benton.
