Regina N. Everette, a devoted educator and cherished family member, passed away unexpectedly on December 18, 2025, at Baptist Health Louisville. Born on January 16, 1958, in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Regina led a life defined by her passion for teaching and an unwavering love for her family.

With a successful career spanning 26 years, Regina dedicated herself to the growth and development of her middle school students. She was deeply committed to making a difference in their lives, believing that even a small impact could foster a lasting change. Regina relished the relationships she formed with both her students and coworkers at Caldwell County Middle School, where she spent many gratifying years. Earning a master's degree in education, she exemplified the dedication necessary to inspire and nurture the minds of her young students.

Regina was not only a professional but also a person of profound love and devotion to her family. Her world revolved around her husband of 45 years, Randy Everette, and their children: Brandi Wilson (Jason Lefan) of Eddyville, KY, Whitney Redfern of Shepherdsville, KY, Cassidy Alonzo of St. Louis, MO, Michael Everette of Louisville, KY, and Sean Everette (Sarah) of Louisville, KY. She took immense joy in being a grandmother to Jaxon Lefan, Braedon Redfern, Blaine Redfern, Izzy Alonzo, Everette Alonzo, Eliza Alonzo, Eli Everette, Meredith Everette, Nicholas Everette, Madeline Everette, and Norah Everette, along with several nieces and nephews, each of whom brought light to her life.

Regina cherished the simple pleasures in life, finding joy in her dogs and chickens, which were an integral part of her daily routine. Her warm personality and genuine kindness left a lasting mark on everyone who knew her.

Regina is preceded in death by her parents, Hiram and Amaryllis Napier, who undoubtedly contributed to the loving and nurturing spirit she carried into her own family life, along with her sister, Ellen Napier.

A visitation will be held on December 27, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at Caldwell County Middle School, located at 440 Beckner Ln., Princeton, KY, at 1:00 PM with Bro. Steve McVay officiating. No burial services to follow.

Regina N. Everette will be remembered fondly for her commitment to education, her deep-seated love for her family, and the joy she found in life's simple moments. Her legacy will live on through the countless lives she touched throughout her lifetime.
