Charles Robert Knight, 74, of Paducah, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2026, at Providence Pointe Healthcare in Paducah.
Charles was an Electrician for IBEW Local 1925, a veteran of the US Army during the Vietnam War, an avid hotrodder, and a member of Church 0419 in Paducah.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Belinda Carol Knight of Paducah; two sons, Brad Knight (Ashley) of Paducah and Kevin Knight (Lacye) of McMinnville, TN; two sisters, Marilyn Helton (Gary) of Smithland and Barbara Lynch of Madisonville, KY; six grandchildren, Ava, Alyssa, Xander, Shelby, Meredith, and Brayden; sister-in-law, Sharon Adcock (Gary) of Paducah; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Lee and Oma (Kelly) Knight; and one brother, David Knight.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at Hughes Funeral Home in Paducah with Pastor Mark Delaney officiating. Entombment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Paducah with military honors.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at the funeral home.
