Joyce Marie (Hawkins) Dortch, 80, of Kevil, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation in Paducah.
Joyce was a retired school teacher and a member of Abundant Life Church in Paducah. Her family, God, and church brought her the greatest joy.
She is survived by two sons, Aaron Roberts of Barlow and Stephen Roberts (Jamie) of Energy, IL; two daughters, Robin Summers (Jerry) of Kevil and Shanice Frazier (Jared) of Paducah; four grandchildren, Lauren Payne (Troy), Michael Frazier, Isabelle Roberts, and Ava Frazier; one great grandchild, Olivia Payne; three bonus grandchildren, Devan Summers (Kaylee), Marena Walker (J.J.), and Austin Summers (Emily); four bonus great grandchildren, Aidan Summers, Dev Summers, Myla Skaggs, and Silas Walker; one niece, Donna Davidson; one nephew, Michael Leavitt; and one great nephew, Levi Davidson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Chris Dortch; parents, Owen and Mildred Hawkins; and one sister, Lois Gene Bowling.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, August 7, 2026, at Abundant Life Church in Paducah with Pastor Joel Harper and Bro. Mark Englert officiating. Burial will follow at Kevil Cemetery in Kevil.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am to service time Friday at the church.
