Wilma Jean Walker

Wilma Jean Walker, 70, of Paducah passed away at 12:58 am on Friday, April 15, 2022 at her residence.
 
Mrs. Walker was a Custodian at Reidland Elementary School, and she was of the Baptist faith.
 
She is survived by her husband, William Walker of Paducah; two sons, Joe Ford of West Paducah, Brandon Walker of Paducah; two brothers, Jesse Thomasson of Paducah, Jackie Thomasson of Calvert City; one sister, Nina Bond of Paducah; 8 grandchildren, Justin Nuckolls, Devan Nuckolls, Natalie Gill, Katie Copeland, Davian Walker, Darius Walker, Destiny Walker, Brandon Walker Jr.; 12 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
 
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse William Thomasson and Mary Elizabeth (Ritchie) Thomasson; one daughter, Lori Nuckolls; two brothers, Ronnie Thomasson, David Thomasson; granddaughter, Emilie Ford.
 
Funeral services will begin at 1:00 pm on Monday, April 18, 2022 at Hughes Funeral Home in Paducah with Bro. Darrin Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Marshall County Memory Gardens in Benton.
 
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Monday at the funeral home.
