Betty Mae Gladson

Ms. Betty Mae Gladson, 83, of Murray, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at Spring Creek Healthcare in Murray.

Betty was born on February 24, 1943 in Torrington, WY to the late Donald and Eleanor Herzell Morse.

Ms. Gladson loved conversation, treasured time with others, and never met many people she could not talk to. She was a woman of strong Christian faith and carried herself with determination through every season of life. She was known as a fighter. Her victory over pancreatic cancer stood as a testimony to her refusal to never give up.

She is preceded in death by her parents; a son, Curtis Gladson; a daughter, Crystal Gladson and four sisters, Joyce, Nancy, Linda and Ruth.

She leaves behind a daughter, Regina Gladson (Kandace Morgan) of Murray; a son, Donald Gladson of Bowling Green, IN; a brother, Jack; grandchildren, Paul, Isabelle, Orian, India, Christopher; two great grandchildren, as well as, three nieces, Shauna Charles, Sheila Winchester, Suzette Harris.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
