Mrs. Jacqueline A. “Jackie” Ellis, 66, of New Concord, KY passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at her home.
Jackie was born on September 9, 1960 in Joliet, TN to the late Thomas and Barbara (Howington) Breeden.
Mrs. Ellis was a retired traveling nurse who dedicated much of her life to caring for others. Her compassion, intelligence, and strong will made her a remarkable woman who always went above and beyond to help those in need. Above all, she adored her family, who meant the world to her, and held a special place in her heart for her beloved grandson, Seth. She found joy in the outdoors, loved animals and pets, and treasured the time she spent with those she loved most.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
She lovingly leaves behind her husband, David Ellis of New Concord, KY; her daughter, Alicia Yaeger (Michael) of Mt. Vernon, IL and grandson, Seth.
Funeral services will be held in Trenton, TN.
