Joyce A. Herndon

Mrs. Joyce A. Herndon, 69, of Buchanan, TN, formerly of Colorado, passed away on Friday, March 27, 2026 at Hope West Care Center in Grand Junction, CO. 
 
Joyce was born on March 20, 1957 in Denver, CO to the late Jack and Violet (Roatcap) Woods.  She retired from Gibson Truck Lines in Murray.
 
She is preceded in death by her husband, Michael Herndon; her brother, Stephen Woods, in addition to her parents.
 
Those she leaves behind include her sister, Lynn Capra (Dave) of Fruita, CO; her niece, Michelle Wieler (Nate) of Arpin, WI; cousins, Michael (Leslie) Herndon of New Concord, John Bray of Murray, Randy (Jill) Herndon of Murray, Virginia Herndon of Murray, along with several other Herndon family members, as well as, great nephews, Max Wieler, Bryce Yeager and Seldon Herndon.
 
Per her wishes, no services will be held.
