Steven Wayne Simpkins

Mr. Steven Wayne Simpkins, 51, of New Concord, KY, formerly of Fountain Lake, Arkansas, passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2025.  

Mr. Simpkins was born on December 26, 1973 in Heber Springs, Arkansas to Stevie and Cheryl Norris Simpkins.  He was co-owner of Fat Boyz Backyards Landscaping and Irrigation.  Steven loved the outdoors.  You'd often find him hunting and fishing.  He enjoyed people and never met a stranger but what he loved most was his family, especially his two grandchildren.  He will be dearly missed.

He is preceded in death by his father, Stevie Simpkins and his wife, Jennifer Simpkins.

Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Steven Joshua Simpkins (Alaina) of Benton, Arkansas, Trent Simpkins of Little Rock, Arkansas, Shelby Jackson (Justin) of Malvern, Arkansas; one brother; one sister and two adored grandchildren, Isabella and Aspyn Jo Jackson.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
