Barbara "Sue" Cardin Alsobrook, 90, of Paducah, KY, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at Baptist Health Paducah.
She was a member of East Baptist Church in Paducah, KY and was known as a great prayer warrior by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dewey and Sarah (Yates) Cardin; her husband, Roger Thomas Alsobrook; daughter and son-in-law, Celia (Curtis) Wade; sister, Elizabeth Cope; and brother, Ralph Cardin.
Surviving is her son, Jerome (Teresa) Alsobrook of Tiline; four grandchildren, Adam (Katy) of Paducah;
Erica (AL) Shirkrisin of Kuttawa; April Wade of Nashville, TN Josh (Amy) Wade of Alcoa, TN; and several great-grandchildren; and nephews and nieces.
Graveside services will be at 12:15 on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at the Smithland Cemetery with the Rev. Michael Wooley officiating. Burial will follow.
Friends may visit the family from 10:00am to 12:00pm on Tuesday at Smith Funeral Chapel.
