Betty Robinson

Betty Moss Robinson, 91, of Paducah, passed away Thursday, July 24, 2025. Betty graduated from Heath High School before attending Draughons Business School. She worked at Southern Textile, Driver's Department Store, Cablec and did accounts for her husband's business. She was a member of St. Francis De Sales, where those visiting the sick often argued over who got to visit her each week. Betty will be remembered for her warm smile, feisty personality, interest in others, and dancing at every opportunity. She had a passion for gardening, cooking, pets and mostly her family. She was a source of strength and support for her family, always there with a listening ear or a comforting hug. Betty is survived by her daughter, Christy (Kevin) Hawkins; grandson, Kian Hawkins; brother, Doug Moss and several nieces and nephews. Preceding Betty in death was her husband, Pat Robinson; her parents, Rudy Moss and Dorothy Leigh Moss; siblings, Teddy (Shirley) Moss, Lewis (Sandy) Moss, Harry (Mavis) Moss, Jimmy (Sharon) Moss, and Clara (Bill) Browning. Expressions of sympathy may be made in memory of Betty Robinson to St. Francis DeSales Parish at 117 S. 5th St., Paducah, KY 42001. There will be a visitation on Saturday, August 16th, from 10-12pm at 12 Oaks Baptist Gym. A celebration will immediately follow.
