Brandon Alvin Davidson, age 37, of West Paducah, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
Brandon was born on June 24, 1988 in Paducah, KY to Melisa Davidson and Jeff Burnett.
He attended Lone Oak High School in Paducah, KY and was a skilled heavy equipment operator and was a member of the Local 181 during his employment. Resourceful and inventive, Brandon was known for his passion for learning and as a natural problem-solver with a gift for working with his hands. Nothing mattered more to him than his boys; they were his purpose and his pride. Those who knew him will remember his quiet loyalty and the way he supported others without needing recognition.
He is survived by his wife, Lindsay of nearly 15 years; his beloved children Shade, Wyatt and Elijah. His mother, Melisa Davidson; his father, Jeff Burnett; and his step-mother, Jennifer Burnett. His grandmother Beverly McReynolds; Three brothers Justin (Laura) Kortz, Cody Gentry, and Joshua Hale; and sister Jessica (Justin) Little; his father-in-law Keith Bartlett; sisters-in-law Sarah (Kyle) Cope & Kelsey (Amethyst) Bartlett and 9 nephews and 6 nieces.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Alvin Davidson; paternal grandparents Nancy Farmer Burnett and Jesse Burnett. His aunt Sherri Burnett, and uncle Gary Burnett.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family invites those who wish to honor his memory to contribute to a GoFundMe to assist Lindsay as she navigates this unexpected loss and cares for the children at home.
Friends may visit the family from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Monday, February 23, 2026, at Lindsey Funeral Home.
