Cathy Y. Thweatt, age 76 went to her Heavenly Home Saturday, October 25th, 2025, at the
Ray and Kay Eckstien Hospice Center in Paducah surrounded by her loving family.
Cathy was born November 22, 1948, in Dearborn, Michigan.
Cathy leaves behind to cherish her memory one son: Richard A. (Sutida) Bryan Jr., of Madison, GA; one daughter Melissa L. Vanderford of Paducah, KY; her cherished grandchildren Gavin Thomas, BriAnna Thomas, Josh(Erica) Bryan, Mason Bryan and Maklin Bryan; great- grandchildren: Kaiden Murdock, Kannon Murdock and Colton Bryan who were the light of her life. One brother: Larry Thweatt of Madison GA; one sister: Rhonda Thweatt (Ken) Blackburn of Sharpe, KY; several nieces and nephews.
Cathy was preceded in death by her parents Dalton and Magdalene Thweatt, two brothers: Dale Thweatt, Gregory Thweatt; one sister: Wanda (Thweatt) Zosel.
Private family service will be held at a later date.
