Donald "Donnie" Cissell, 79, of Paducah passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah.
Donald was a delivery driver for a local pharmaceutical company and a US Navy Veteran. He enjoyed watching NCIS every night.
Surviving is his wife, Roberta Cissell of Paducah; one daughter, Lisa Marie (Kris) Leonard of Dallas, TX; three grandchildren, David Matthew Beatty of Paducah, Kristana Michelle Sue Farber and Kayleigh Elizabeth Beatty both of Dallas, TX.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William "Bill" Cissell and Mary Juanita Moss Cissell; and three brothers, Joseph Charles Cissell, Bobby Cissell, and Jimmy Cissell.
He will be cremated per his wishes.
