Gary N. Lamb, 79, of Paducah passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2026, at Parkview Nursing & Rehab Paducah.
Gary was retired from P&L Railroad as an engineer. He enjoyed watching racing and race cars. He was of the Catholic faith.
Surviving is his wife of 60 years, Janie Lamb of Paducah; twos daughter, Christiana (Rex) Williams of Paducah and Syrena (Rodney) Gamble of Symsonia; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one brother, Terry (Betty) Lamb; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by parents, Earl and Maurine Lamb; one son, Gary Lamb Jr.; six siblings, Steven Lamb, Jeff Lamb, Larry Lamb, Erasue Lynn, Edna Lamb, and Donald James Lamb.
Funeral Mass will be at 11:00am on Friday, May 15, 2026, at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church with Fr. Gary Clark officiating. Inurnment will follow at Mt.Carmel Cemetery
Friends may visit the family from 10:00am to service hour on Friday at the church.
