Georgia Fay Hensley, 83, of Smithland passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at Baptist Health Paducah.
Georgia loved to sewing and crocheting.
Surviving are her three children, Montie (Elizabeth) Godman, Marlean (Mike) Crouch, Allen (Cindy) Godman; eight grandchildren, Kristen Nicole Duncan, Samuel Joe Godman, Nicholas Brian Godman, Ricky Dale Godman, Marlanea Palmer, Michael Lee Crouch, Jeffery Allen Godman, Justin Ryan Godman; seventeen great-grandchildren; one sister, Jennie Clark; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Glen and Laddie Lou Owen; her husband, Donald Hensley; and one grandson, Austin Glenn Crouch; and several siblings.
Funeral services will be at 1:00pm on Monday, November 9, 2026, at Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. BJ Myrick officiating. Burial will follow at Tiline Cemetery.
Friends may visit the family from 11:00am to service hour on Monday at the funeral home.
