Janie Bell Rundle, 67, of Paducah, Kentucky passed away Monday 27, 2026, at her Home. Janie is survived by two sisters; Sandra Fulks (Tommy) of Eddyville, KY, Carol Lewis of Calvert City, KY, one brother; Gary Carter (Linda) of Alabama and several nieces and nephews and cousins. Janie is preceded by her parents; Charles and Bertie Carter, three sisters; Barbara Lyon, Betty Carter, Betty Bell Carter, three brothers; Roger Carter, Jerry Carter, David Carter.
