Jerry Wayne Worthen age, 63, of Paducah Kentucky, passed away Thursday June 18, 2026, at Baptist Health of Paducah, KY. Jerry was an outdoors person who loved Hunting, he loved doing deer camp every year also was a mechanic, and he was a Heavy Wrecker Operator for over 25 years. Jerry is survived by his Mother: Judith Worthen of Metropolis, IL , two sisters: Victoria (Junior) Canter of Symsonia, KY, Christine (Roy) Hunt of Metropolis, IL, two nieces: Karen Adams, Mindy Adams, one nephew: David (Cassie) Canter, one great-niece: Kaiyah Adams, three great- nephew: Eligah Canter, William and Riley. He was preceded in death by his father: James David Worthen and his grandparents. Jerry was cremated and no services will be scheduled at this time.
