Linda Faughn

Linda Gail Gossum Faughn, age 71, passed away in her home in Mayfield, Ky, Tuesday August 5^, 2025. She was cared for by her family as she journeyed to the next adventure with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Linda was born on December 3, 1953, to the late John Edd and Betty Gossum.

She is survived by her siblings, David (Alice) Gossum, Don (Nancy) Gossum, Johnny Gossum, and Carol Gream. She was preceded in death by her sister, Sherry Gossum Talo.

Linda was also known as Aunt Linda and Nino to over 50 nieces, nephews, great and great-great.
They were her Peckerwoods and Baby Birds and she spent her life loving each one of them. She also shared a love for Tennessee Walking Horses with her dear friend, Jennifer Miller.

Linda was a hard worker and devoted her life as a caregiver to Mentally Handicap Individuals.

Linda’s life will be celebrated with her family and friends, Saturday, August 9^, 2025, 4:00 pm at the Calvary Presbyterian Church, 98 Calvary Church Rd Mayfield, KY.
