Lowell Martin Logeman age 86, of Metropolis passed away at Baptist Heath of Paducah on Sunday October 5, 2025.
Mr. Logeman was a member of Zions Evangelical Church of Metropolis for over 30 years, Lowell’s interests were fishing, farming, being outdoors, watching his grandchildren play sports.
He is survived by his wife, Janet (Hinners) Logeman and four daughters: Tammy Burnham (Kenny), Tonya Grace (Lanny), Shelly Eickholz (Jamie), Julie Keipp. Eight grandchildren: Mike Burnham (Jennifer), Jonathan Burnham (Jordan), Josh Burnham, Kristin Turner (Dustin), Kassie Gentry (Brian), Jennifer Hansrote (Sean), Zach Keipp ( Annie), Bailey Duncan, Seventeen: great- grandchildren: Brayden & Braxton Burnham, Hudson, Harrison, Norah Burnham, Gracie, Jack, Turner, Charlie, Max Gentry, Haddie, Lillie, Dean Hansrote, Emmy, Maizy, Zoey Keipp, Dillon Eickholz, Haven Beavers. Sisters and brothers, Wanda Bazor, Roy John Logeman (Linda), Phyllis Throgmorton (Ricky). Brother-in-laws: Kenneth Teckenbrock, James Mittendoref, sister in- Laws: Sharon Logeman, Marsha Wynne.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Hilda Logeman, Grandchildren: Ashley Keipp, Dylan, Logan Eickholz, son in- law EJ Keipp, brothers & sisters: Ervin (Carole) Logeman, Gilbert (Lois) Logeman, Evelyn Mittendorf, Geraldine (Bob) Kersey, Lucy Teckenbrock, Linnus Logeman, brother in- law: Jimmy Bazor.
Mr. Logeman leaves behind many special extended family and friends.
Friends may visit with the family from 11 am- 1pm on Wednesday, October 8th at Zions Evangelical Church in Metropolis, Funeral services to follow at 1:00pm with Pastor. Jim Duncan is officiating the service.
