Phil Humphrey, 75, of Golconda, IL passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at Baptist Health Paducah.
Phil was retired from IDOT and was a U.S. Army Veteran. He enjoyed spending time outdoors and fishing.
Surviving is his wife of 14 years, Monica Delgado Lopez; three children, Phillip D. (Michelle) Humphrey Jr., Ron (Melissa) Humphrey, Michelle (Deon) Redmon; two siblings, Frances Holliman and Carol Wilkinson; six grandchildren; one great-grandson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Freeman and Lois Humphrey; and six siblings, Ronald Humphrey, Bobby Humphrey, Lenora Basham, Margaret Prather, Peggy Richie, and Mickey Humphrey.
