Randy L. Reed

Randy L. Reed, 77, of Paducah, passed away Tuesday evening, November 25^th, 2025 at his home with his family by his side.

Randy was a former Maintenance employee for 21 years at Lourdes Hospital before becoming Owner and Operator of Reed Auto Sales of Paducah. Randy enjoyed being an assistant coach for his daughters softball teams over the years. Drag racing was a keen interest of Randy’s most of his life as cars always played a part of his ‘spare time’. He loved his family and was a man of strong convictions along with honesty and frugalness being his qualities as well. Randy was of the Presbyterian faith.

Randy is survived by his devoted wife of 56 years, Nancy; one daughter, Jennifer Hogancamp of Caseyville, IL.; one sister, Carolyn (Frank) Wright of Ellisville, Mo.; several nieces and nephews; and a grand-dog, Bogey.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Vaughn Lee Reed and Margaret Virginia Reed.

Friends may visit the family on Wednesday, December 3^rd, 2025 at Lindsey Funeral Home from 11:30am until 12:30pm. Graveside services will be held at Maplelawn Park Cemetery in Paducah immediately following visitation on Wednesday December 3^rd, 2025 at 1pm.
