Rhona Shay Mullen

Rhona Shay Mullen (Edwards), 76, of Ledbetter, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at Mercy Health - Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY. Rhona was born on March 5, 1950, in Paducah, KY, to the late James E. and Carolyn Edwards. She attended Lone Oak High School where she met the love of her life, Leonard. She dedicated her adult life to taking care of her home and enjoying time with her husband and her family. Rhona loved the Lord and is celebrating her eternal life with Him and the loved ones that went before her. She was a member of Gospel Mission Worship Center. Rhona married Leonard E. Mullen in 1966 and cherished 58 years together and had two children, Blane and Tracey. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her daughter Tracey Lynn Stevenson. She is survived by her son, Blane (Angie) Mullen of Paducah; her son-in-law, Chad Stevenson of Ledbetter; one sister, Phyllis Sullivan; one brother, Mike (Karren) Edwards; three grandchildren, Miranda (Zach) Stweart, Jacob and Johnavann Stevenson; two great- grandchildren, Sutton and Grady Stewart; her sister- in- law, Reda Watkins; her brother-in -law, Wally (Debbie) Mullen; and several nieces and nephews. There will be a visitation celebrating the life of Rhona and also her beloved daughter, Tracey Stevenson, on Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at Gospel Mission Worship Center located on 6905 Benton Road, Paducah, KY No formal funeral service will be held.
