Thomas Adrian Jones

Thomas Adrian Jones, age 90, of Grand Rivers, KY, went home to be with the Lord on August 10, 2026, at Providence Point Nursing and Rehab, in Paducah, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Mary C. Jones, Father, Loyd Jones, and Mother, Helen (Wright) Jones. He survives by his three sons and families: Rick Jones (Kim), Rex Jones (Rene), Shawn Jones (Paula), Grandchildren: Chez (Sydne) Jones, Quade (Shae), Keziah Gonzales (Luke), Carissa Lanier (Matt), Raquel (Bailey) Jackson, Luke (Alison) Jones, Grant (Amy) Jones, and Cameron King. Great Grandchildren: Kaci Jones, Kanela Gonzales, Evan Ferguson, Alivia Ferguson, Abby Lanier, Landon Lanier, Grey Jones, Felix Jones, & Eleanor Jones, Theodore Jones, & Llia Jones. Through the years Adrian and Mary opened their home to care for many children from Glendale Children’s Home and later made a loving home for Juan Cavallini Maria (Cavallini) Saunders, Ana (Cavallini) Munoz, from Peru. Adrian was a longtime faithful member of Friendship Baptist Church, Smithland, KY. He had a passion for missions and had the opportunity to participate and plan mission trips to Romania and Trinidad over the years. Adrian faithfully served as a Gideon for many years, sharing his faith and making God’s Word available. At Friendship Baptist Church he served as a deacon, song leader, and Sunday school teacher. Adrian also proudly served his country in the United Sates Army. During his Military Service, he was stationed in France, where his first-born son Rick Jones was born. For many years Adrian was also a well-known business owner, Real Estate investor, and had a long-standing career in auto sales. Visitation will be held Saturday 15, 2026, from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm at Friendship Baptist Church in Smithland Kentucky, Funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm.
