Tina Oliver, age 63, of Paducah, KY entered her final rest on Sunday, February 1, 2026, while in residence at Christian Health Center in Hopkinsville, KY. Born at the Trigg County hospital, Tina grew to be an avid sports fan, most notably University of Kentucky basketball, and played tuba in the high school band.
She graduated from Trigg County High School in 1980 and will be remembered for her sense of humor, eagerness to have fun, and ability to make friends wherever she went! Most everyone who met Tina felt that they had met a forever-friend.
Tina’s career was centered in business management throughout her life. As an adult, she was so devoted to her softball team that she drove from Nashville, TN to Cadiz, KY to play weekly. She expressed her Christian beliefs best by loving all, especially her rescue dogs. Midnight, her most recent rescue, will carry her spirit as he continues to romp around Tina’s cousin’s yard.
Surviving Tina are her brother, Deano (Pam) Oliver of Herndon, KY; two nieces, Chelsea (Cole) Lambert and Carly (Joey) Deck both of Christian County; great-niece Kiley Lambert and great nephews Dawson Lambert and Fox Deck; and her lifelong friend and best fishing buddy, Karen Johnson of FL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hulit and Christine Oliver and her first rescue dog, Lulu.
If you would like to make a donation in Tina’s memory, please consider Max's Hope Pet Rescue, 105 Metcalfe Drive, Hopkinsville, KY 42240. They cared for her four-legged babies before she had the privilege to love them.
Tina will be cremated per her wishes and a celebration of life will be held in June 2026 to coincide with her birthday.
