Tibzell Hill, 86, of Paducah passed away on Friday, January 2, 2026, at Baptist Health Paducah.
Tibzell was retired from the State of Kentucky Department of Transportation. He attended Enoch Chapel Church, Kings House Church and Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church. He enjoyed watching westerns and game shows and playing the lottery.
Surviving is his spouse of over 50 years, Willie Mae Freeman; two daughters, Kippy Thomas of Paducah and Nicole Parker of Clarksville, TN; one sister, Ernestine Everett of Paducah; ten grandchildren, Raven Freeman, Ariel Freeman, Elijah (Alexis) Parker, Fernandez Hill, Dejon Thomas, Alexis Shackleford, Alexander Shackleford, LaTovia Dawson, Ronnie Dawson, Shamara Kizer; a host of other grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and three daughters-in-love, Barbara Childress, Angela (Ronnie) Freeman, Carmen Carruthers; and one son-in-love, Rodney (Priscilla) Freeman; and special grandson, Derek Pipes.
He was preceded in death by his parents. Tibzell Hill Sr. and Ruby Hill and three siblings, Rosanell Caldwell, James Hill, and Harold Hill.
Funeral services will be at 2:00pm on Friday, January 16, 2026 at Lindsey Funeral Home. Cremation will follow.
Friends may visit the family from 1:00pm to service hour on Friday at the funeral home.
