Brooke Ann Thorn, age 71, of Paducah, passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at her residence.
Brooke was born on May 18, 1955, in Paducah to Arthur Eugene Dickey and Marie Barnwell Dickey. She enjoyed singing karaoke, feeding and caring for all animals, and tending to her flower garden. Brooke was kind and compassionate and would help anyone she could.
Brooke is survived by three daughters, Amye LaVerdi, Melissa Salmons, Lisa Berkley; one brother, Tommy Dickey (Lynn); several grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and her best friend, Nancy Sulver.
She was preceded in death by two daughters, Wadena Chamberland and Susanna Bean; one son, Richard Dickey; one brother, Larry Dickey; and her parents.
Private burial will take place at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
