Calvin Morrow, 83, of Mayfield, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at Green Acres Healthcare in Mayfield.

As a skilled mechanic, Calvin dedicated many years of service to the City of Paducah. He had a passion for the outdoors, which was clear to anyone who knew him. Calvin found tranquility in fishing, often retreating to his favorite lakes to enjoy the serenity of nature. Rabbit and squirrel hunting were among his autumn rituals, providing not only sport but also time to reflect and appreciate the beauty around him. Calvin's hands were rarely still, as he enjoyed rebuilding cars in his spare time. The patience and skill required for such intricate work were something he mastered over the years, often resulting in awe-inspiring restorations that he took great pride in. As a collector, his home was a mix of memorabilia and antiques, each with its own history and connection to his life's many chapters.

Calvin is survived by his wife of 63 years, Shirley Diane Eaton Morrow; a daughter, Kimberly Kickasola, and her husband, Jesse, of Paducah; a son, James Kevin Morrow, and his wife, Patricia, of West Paducah; five grandchildren, Cassie Meza (Alfonso), Zaq Kickasola, Joshua Morrow (Keisha), Blake Morrow, and Brooke Fondaw (Zack); nine great-grandchildren, Stella K, Maddie, Chandler, Bentley, Easton, Chloe, Nattie, Jesse, and Jade; three sisters, several step-sisters and step-brothers; and several half-sisters and half-brothers.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Morrow and Mary Powell Carter; several step-siblings.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Pastor Richard Phillips officiating.
