Carolyn Ann Woodall, 76 of Paducah passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025,at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Center in Paducah, KY. She was born on December 6, 1948, in Marion, KY, to the late William Boyce and Velda Ann Conger Woodall.
A lover of the great outdoors, Carolyn found solace and joy in the tranquility of fishing. Many will remember her for the countless hours spent by the water's edge, rod in hand, waiting patiently for the next big catch. Her love for the game of Bingo was equally well-known, as she spent many an evening marking numbers and reveling in the camaraderie of fellow players.
Carolyn's competitive spirit shone brightly when playing Yahtzee. These moments of play were more than just games; they were cherished memories made with friends and family.
Family banter was Carolyn's forte, and she was the heart of every family gathering. Her quick wit and playful teasing were the ingredients for laughter and joy.
Carolyn is survived by a daughter, Cindy Adams of Paducah; a son, Michael Woodall of Paducah; her longtime significant other, James Michael Satterfield of Paducah; her four grandchildren, Kelsie Bowen of Paducah, Rivanna Woodall of Paducah, Darrion Woodall of Louisville, KY and Marissa Panel of Memphis, TN; her great-grandchildren, Kynleigh Bowen and Quade Woodall; a sister, Hazel Brown of Marion, KY; a brother, Frank (Kaye) Woodall of Paducah along with several nieces and nephews.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents; her four brothers, Clarence Woodall, Junior Woodall, Tommy Woodall and Harold Woodall.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Thursday, July 10, 2025 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 PM Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
