Cynthia Dianne Toon Williams, known affectionately as Cindy, passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at her home. Cindy was born on Wednesday, January 24, 1968, in Paducah, Kentucky, to John “Jr.” and Barbara Toon. She pursued her education with diligence, earning an Associate of Arts degree.
Cindy dedicated many years to her profession as an accountant with AAA Stow-A-Way Storage of Paducah, where her attention to detail and commitment to excellence were deeply valued.
A woman with diverse interests, Cindy found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She had a love for travel, with destinations near and far. Equally at home in the tranquility of her beloved Kentucky, Cindy found solace at the lake. She was an avid reader, losing herself in the pages of books that challenged her mind and expanded her horizons. Her journals were filled with reflections, anecdotes, and insights-a testament to her life. Cindy's memory will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those who knew her.
Mrs. Williams is survived by her daughters, Madeline and Kennedy Williams, of Paducah; her son, Quinten Williams, of Louisville, Kentucky; her father, John F. Toon, Jr., of Paducah; and her brother, Kevin Toon (Aimee Martin) of Athens, Georgia.
Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Dean Morten Toon.
Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Monday, August 25, 2025, at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Williams officiating. Burial will follow at St. John Catholic Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Monday, August 25, 2025, at the funeral home.
