Debra Lynn Ruley, 62, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away on September 6, 2026. She was born on September 13, 1963, in Paducah, Kentucky.
Debra enjoyed the simple things in life. She loved spending time outdoors, especially fishing, and could often be found enjoying the beauty and peacefulness of nature. She also had a special place in her heart for her beloved cat, Pinky Pie.
Above all else, Debra loved her family. Her family was the most important part of her life, and she cherished the love, memories, and time they shared together. She will be remembered for the love she gave to those around her and will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew and loved her.
Debra is survived by her loving husband of 21 years, Keith Ruley of Kevil, Kentucky; a daughter, Amber Howard of Metropolis, Illinois; a son, David McDonald of Paducah, Kentucky; five grandchildren; and a sister.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Agnes Means Smith.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, September 13, 2026, at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Bob Martin officiating.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until 12:30 PM on Friday, September 13, 2026, at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
