Jo Seibert

Billie Jo Seibert, age 54, of Wickliffe, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at her home.
 
Jo was born in Paducah, Kentucky, on February 19, 1973, to Bill Seibert and Carolyn Gifford.  She loved being outdoors, enjoying nature.  Jo had a fascination with butterflies, and one of her favorite pastimes was filling her many bird feeders with nectar to attract hummingbirds to her yard.  Jo also had an incredible green thumb and enjoyed planting flowers and plants all around her home.  Her family was what brought her the most pride.  Jo loved her boys and enjoyed spending every possible moment with them, her grandchildren, and her beloved boxer “Moli”. 
 
Jo is survived by her two sons, Zack (Cassidy) Seibert of Wickliffe, Kentucky, and Vinny (Ashlee) Harper of Reidland, Kentucky; a daughter, Liz Lovejoy of New York, New York; Her father, Bill (Ruthie) Seibert of Paducah, Kentucky, and her mother, Carolyn Gifford of Union City, Tennessee; two sisters, Dee Dee Clouse of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Amber Isom of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; and her two grandchildren, Jensen Seibert and Wesley Harper.
 
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Stough.
 
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Wickliffe with Jacob Dunning officiating.  Burial will follow at Wickliffe City Cemetery.
 
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until the service time of 1:00 pm on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at the funeral home.
