John Krupansky, 74, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away on October 26, 2025.
He was born on June 21, 1951, in Troy, New York, to the late Andrew and Edith Krupansky.
John devoted his life to education, athletics, and mentoring young people. After attending Murray State University, he made Paducah his home. He coached many sports and established the Paducah Tilghman girls’ soccer team. John built a long and meaningful career at West Kentucky Community and Technical College, where he served as Director of Student Support Services for 30 years. He also created his own landscaping company, Lawn Pride, serving Paducah for over 25 years. John was well known by many as an educator, a coach, or a trusted landscaper.
He is survived by his daughter, Natalie Krupansky, and his son, Evan Krupansky, both of Paducah, KY, as well as two grandchildren, Walter and Tate Krupansky.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 1, at 11:00 a.m. at Broadway United Methodist Church, with visitation from 10:00-11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Paducah Cooperative Ministry, 402 Legion Drive, Paducah, KY 42003.
