Keith Cannon, 71, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at his residence.
Keith was born on May 13, 1955, to the late Carl and Barbara Duncan Cannon in Paducah, Kentucky.
Keith devoted a meaningful part of his working years to maintenance for the Paducah Housing Authority. In that role, he contributed to the care and upkeep of the places where others lived and worked, and he took pride in being useful to his community. He was of the Methodist faith and found enjoyment in watching the University of Kentucky Basketball.
Keith is survived by his wife of 51 years, Laura Leigh Turner Cannon; a daughter, Erica Hines and her husband, Matthew of Paducah; a son, Justen Cannon of Paducah; five grandchildren, Allyson Hines, Georgie Cannon, Thoren Cannon, Ronin Cannon, and Juniper Cannon; two sisters, Dorinda Green and Darla Eberhardt both of Paducah; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no services.
