Marolyn Molesworth, 84, passed away on Monday, December 29, 2025, at her home in Paducah, Kentucky.
Marolyn was born on August 10, 1941, to the late J.B. and Lucille Strickland Yates in Kuttawa, Kentucky. Marolyn was an active member at Lone Oak Church of Christ and could always be found lending a hand where it was needed. Marolyn was also an avid animal lover of all sorts. Most importantly, she loved her family. Marolyn had a deep love for those closest to her, and she made sure that they knew it.
Marolyn is survived by two daughters, LaDonn (Ralph) Egbert of Paducah, Kentucky, and Sara (Jack) Duffy of Benton, Kentucky; and a sister, Carolyn Vickery of Princeton, Kentucky.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 30 years, David M. Molesworth; a sister, Polly Sams; and her parents.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at Lone Oak Church of Christ with Paul Wingfield, Jamey Boone, and Doug Knott officiating.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until the service hour of 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at Lone Oak Church of Christ.
