Patricia “Pat” Theilmann, age 84, of Mayfield, Kentucky, passed away at Westport Place on Sunday, September 6, 2025, in Louisville, Kentucky.
Pat was born in St. Louis, Missouri, on February 28, 1941, to Charles Perkins and Katherine Suess Perkins. She was a graduate of Collinsville High School. She retired from the KY-TENN Clay Company, where she worked as a secretary.
Pat was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Paducah. Pat grew up loving the St. Louis Cardinals baseball and has remained faithful to them all of her life. Her favorite holiday of the year was Christmas, which included shopping, decorating, cooking, and especially giving and having family around. Pat enjoyed playing cards.
Survivors include two sons, Tom Theilmann of Knoxville, Tennessee, and Jim Theilmann and wife Laura, of Louisville, Kentucky; one sister, Sandy Williams and husband Danny of Arnold, Missouri; four grandchildren, Matthew (Abbi) Theilmann, Christopher Theilmann, Kyle (Lexi) Theilmann, and Kristen Theilmann; and one great-grandchild, Maddie Theilmann.
Preceding in death were her husband, Vernon Earl Theilmann; one brother, Rich Perkins; and her parents.
Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 13, 2025, at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Pastor David Appold officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. until the service time of 3:00 p.m. at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
