Renee Byerly Lankton

Renee Byerly Lankton, graced this world from her birth on Christmas Day in 1961 until her peaceful departure on May 4, 2025 at the age of 63. Renee, a lifelong beautician beloved by her colleagues at Headlights by Shana in Paducah, dedicated over 45 years to crafting beauty with a tender hand and a kind heart.

A graduate from trade school, Renee poured her passion into her work.  Her love for her clients was apparent through every snip and style. She served the Lord faithfully to spread compassion and kindness.

Renee's zeal for life was mirrored in her love for riding horses during her youth, a testament to her free spirit and connection with nature. As the second among the four Byerly children, she shined as a fun sister, a loving and caring mother, and a hard worker, whose radiant legacy will continue to inspire all who knew her.
 
Renee is survived by her daughter, Jessica Nicole Lankton of Paducah; her father, Donald Clayton Byerly of Paducah; three brothers, Charles (Debbie) Byerly of Paducah, Keith Byerly (Julie) of Fancy Farm, and Lance (Angie) Byerly of Paducah; her step-mother, Barbara Byerly of Paducah; many nieces and nephews. 
 
She was preceded in death by her mother, Jeanette Robinson Byerly; one daughter, Brittany Lynn Lankton; her grandparents, Charles and Estelle Robinson, Laymon Sexton and Clay Byerly
 
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 1 P.M. at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Paducah with Rev. Rhea Bowles 
officiating.  Visitation will be from 11 A.M. until 1 P.M. at the funeral home.
