Rhonda Black, born on August 28, 1962, in Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on July 8, 2026, at Mercy Health Lourdes in Paducah, Kentucky.

Rhonda found happiness in the outdoors, where she loved to fish and spend time surrounded by the beauty of nature.  She also had a lifelong love of classic rock, and the music she enjoyed reflected her spirited personality and her appreciation for the songs that stayed with her through the years. Rhonda also enjoyed crocheting, a pastime that allowed her to create with patience and care. Most importantly, Rhonda loved her family. Her devotion to them was at the center of her life, and she cherished every moment spent together.

Rhonda is survived by two daughters, Robin (Sarah) Armstrong of Ekron, Kentucky, and Cayla Black of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; a son, Daniel Black of Vine Grove, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Tristan and Bailey Black; two sisters, Lynn St. Clair and Melissa St. Clair, both of Shepherdsville, Kentucky; three brothers, Jason (Cheryl) St. Clair of Calvert City, Kentucky, Rick St. Clair of Indiana, and Kenny St. Clair of Shepherdsville, Kentucky; and a niece, Amanda Hobbs.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Larry St. Clair and Sandra Powell St. Clair.

There are no services scheduled at this time.
