Roger Dale Chandler

Roger Dale Chandler, age 60, of Paducah, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at his residence.

Roger was born on March 31, 1963 to the late Roy R. and Betty Lois Clark Chandler. Throughout his life, Roger was known as the man that loved anything and everything fishing. His love for the sport was not just about the catch, but also about being surrounded by nature. Roger's neighbors knew him as the friendly face who was always ready with a wave or a chat. Roger was a huge Transformers fan and enjoyed collecting Transformers merchandise. His two dogs, Prime and R.C., were even named after Transformers characters. They were his faithful companions on many outdoor excursions, and together they were a common sight seen strolling through the neighborhood or relaxing on the front porch.

Roger is survived by his son, Roger K. Chandler of Indiana; two sisters, Melissa O’Connor and Vicky Borkowski, both of Indiana; three grandchildren, eighteen-year-old Kristopher, five-year-old Jayce, one-year-old Twyla, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
