Shannon Lee Gregory passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at his residence in Ledbetter, Kentucky, at the age of 54.
Born on June 16, 1972, in Paducah, Kentucky, Shannon worked as a Superintendent at Williams Maintenance, where he earned the respect of his coworkers through his steady leadership, dependable nature, and commitment to doing the job right. Shannon found joy in the things that brought excitement and connection to his life. He had a strong passion for riding, working on, and teaching others to ride motorcycles. He appreciated the freedom and energy they represented. He also enjoyed dirt track racing, a pastime that reflected his love of speed, competition, and the thrill of teaching others on the track.
Shannon also gave his time to others by coaching youth league football in Lone Oak, Kentucky. He took great pride in being involved with young athletes and helping guide them both on and off the field.
Above all else, Shannon’s greatest love was his family. His children, grandchildren, and wife of 11 years were the center of his world, and everything he did was rooted in his devotion to them. He treasured time spent with them and found his greatest happiness in their love and companionship. His family was the most important part of his life.
Shannon is survived by his wife, Bobbie Snow Gregory; three sons, Taylor Lehman of Paducah, Kentucky, Tyler Snow of Ledbetter, Kentucky, and Gage Lehman (Ashton) of Symsonia, Kentucky; two daughters, Heather Gardner (Michael) of Benton, Kentucky, and Tiffany Snow of Ledbetter, Kentucky,
Shannon also leaves behind ten grandchildren, Braxton Snow, Danielle Gardner, Braylynn Snow, Micheala Gardner, Amelia Gardner, Bryston Snow, Paisleigh Benton, Sutton Purcell, Brena Snow, and Kinsley Williams.
Shannon was preceded in death by his mother, Teresa Gregory Walker.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah, with Bro. Tommy Dutton officiating.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until the service hour of 7:00 pm at Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah.
