Sherry Lynn Wolfe

Sherry Wolfe, age 83, of Paducah, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at Riverhaven Nursing & Rehab Center.  Sherry was born in Mayfield, Kentucky on June 22, 1941 to Cletus Paul Sullivan and Irene Gream Sullivan.  Sherry was a long time member of Reidland United Methodist Church and a member of the McCracken County Teachers Association.  Sherry taught 4^th Grade at Reidland Elementary School for 34 years.  She was able to spend quallity time with her dog after her retirement.
 
Survivors include her husband of 62 years, John “Russ” Wolfe; one daughter, Michele Wolfe Murphy and husband, Jim, of Reidland, Kentucky; one son Russell “Rusty” Wolfe of Lone Oak, Kentucky; two sisters-in-law, Shirley Sullivan, Memphis, TN and Jackie Sullivan, Mayfield, Kentucky; five grandchildren, Michael Murphy, Jordan Murphy, Jena Stinnett, John Wolfe and Matthew Wolfe; nine great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
 
Memorial services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, September 28, 2024 at the Reidland United Methodist Church with Rev. Katie Minnis officiating.  Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until service time of 2:30  p.m.  at the church.
