John Timothy “Tim” Lambert, 75, of Paducah, Kentucky passed away at 4:35 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at Mercy Health Lourdes. He was born on January 27, 1951 in Paducah to the late James William Lambert and Clara Thweatt Lambert. Tim retired from Goodyear Tire Company, where he worked as a Machinist and was of the Baptist faith. He cherished time with his grandchildren and enjoyed, classic vehicles, tractors, riding horses, and home repairs. Tim’s love and kindness was expressed through the actions and work that he contributed to his family and friends. Throughout his life he built family homes, barnes, installed pools, cared for livestock, mowed lawns, repaired motorized equipment, and any vehicle. His love and dedication to his family and friends will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his former wife of 30 years, Myrna Travis Lambert; two daughters, Katina Lambert (Eric) Todd of Cunningham, Kentucky and Kendra Lambert of Paducah, Kentucky; son, Heath (Ashley) Lambert of Honolulu, Hawaii; sister, Becky (John) McIntosh of Paducah, Kentucky; brother, Terry (Virginia) Lambert of Paducah, Kentucky; seven grandchildren, Marshall Todd, Riley Todd, Emersyn Guy, Reed, Olivia, Mason and Bethany Lambert and several nieces and nephews.
Tim was preceded in death by two brothers, his twin, Tom “Cat” Lambert and James Edwin Lambert and his parents.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 4, 2026 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Pastor Stan Durrett officiating.
A public Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. A private burial will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
