Timothy L. King

Timothy L. King, 61, of Bardwell, passed away on December 4, 2021 at Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital in Paducah.
 
Tim was born on May 20, 1960 to Lowell E. King and the late Carolyn King.  He was a member of Mississippi Baptist Church.  Tim graduated from Carlisle County High School in 1978.  He loved the outdoors and enjoyed getting up each day to find something to do outside. Tim worked for many years as a logger and also raised cattle and hogs.  One of his biggest passions in life was fishing and loved to go any time the fish were biting.  
 
Tim is survived by his son, Devin King of Bardwell; his father, Lowell E. King of Bardwell; two sisters, Jeanette King and Jeanine (Mark) King-Drysdale, both of Bardwell; two brothers, Mark King and Philip (Rhonda) King, both of Bardwell; two grandchildren, Wyatt Rogers and Madeline Jones; and several nieces and nephews.
 
He was preceded in death by two sons, Hunter King and Justin Jones; and his mother Carolyn King. 
 
Funeral services for Tim will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell.  Burial will follow at Roselawn Cemetery in Bardwell. 
 
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at the funeral home.
