Cynthia Dawn Boulton

LaCenter, KY Cynthia Dawn Boulton lovingly known as Cindy, age 60 passed away on Friday, January 2, 2026, at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY. She was born March 9, 1965, in Fort Sill, OK to her late parents Larry and Charlotte (Ingram) Boulton.

Cindy was a precious, caring soul and shared her love for Jesus to all who knew and loved her.  During her life she desired that everyone would love and trust in the Lord.  Cindy was a living testimony of what faith in God looks like.  She was not ashamed to share her Christian journey.  Cindy was an encourager, prayer warrior, and selfless individual always thinking of others before herself.  Cindy never complained and now she is completely healed and sitting at the feet of Jesus.

Cindy was a great fan of Barbara Mandrell, loved riding horses and going to the beach watching the sunset.
Cindy was a Ballard Memorial High School Graduate.  She took pride in her job and retired from the Ballard County Clerk's Office after many years of service.

Cindy was a faithful and dedicated member of Fairview Baptist Church where she served on the Executive Board, Leadership Team and Finance Team.

She is survived by her devoted and loving siblings; brother Bradley Boulton of Barlow, KY and sister Christy Boulton of Barlow, KY.  Although she was not a biological mother, she had children in her life that she cherished and considered them hers; Brady Parrott, Cloe Fondaw, Crice Parker, Bailey Parker, Kallie Parker, Miley Parker and Mallory Parker. She also leaves to cherish memories a host of loving relatives and dear friends.

Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, Larry and Charlotte Ingram Boulton, grandparents, Virginia and Claudie Boulton, and Burns and Jeannette Ingram.

Visitation will be held Monday, January 5, 2026  from 5-8 p.m. at Fairview Baptist Church, 373 Forest Street, LaCenter and Tuesday 9:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.

Cindy's celebration of life will be held Tuesday, January 6, 22026 at 11:00 a.m. at Fairview Baptist Church with Rev. Grayling Baucom and Rev. Ryan Hedrick officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to Fairview Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 510 LaCenter, KY 42056.

Interment will follow at LaCenter Cemetery.
