Kevil, KY – James Thomas Oliver, 64, passed away at his home in Bandana, KY on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. Born September 10, 1961, he was the son of the late Cicle Frank and Lydia A. Arvelo Oliver.
James worked as a mechanical operator for Credence Speakers and later for Tyler Mountain Water. He loved music and had a knack for anything involving computers and technology. Recently saved, he was joyfully living his life for the Lord.
He is survived by his sisters, Arline Slyder of Mesa, AZ, Vicky Hickox (Tim) of Casa Grande, AZ, and Diane Butler (Paul) of Barlow, KY; and his brother, David Oliver (Laura) of Sun City, AZ.
He was preceded in death by his son, Toby Oliver, and his parents.
