Rexanna Ashcraft

LaCenter, KY Rexanna Ashcraft, age 77, passed away on Wednesday, January21, 2026.  She was born on August 25, 1948, in Paducah, KY to her late parents, Gordon and Mary Apperson Bondurant.

Rexanna retired from the state of Kentucky after 29 years of service.  She was a member of Slater Homemakers Club for 50 years and served as President, also served as secretary of Ballard County Extension Homemakers.

She loved her family, church, and took care of those in need as well as visiting the Nursing Home.  Rexanna was an amazing cook, loved mowing, gardening and her flowers.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Terry J. Ashcraft of LaCenter, KY, daughter, Victoria Barefield (Terry) of Rockwood, TN; sister, Irene Cornwell (Wayne) of Blairsville, Ga, two brothers, Roy Bondurant (Charlene) of LaCenter, KY and Robert Bondurant (Sharon) of North Port, Fl. two grandchildren, Ashley Spinder (Mike) of Paducah and Chance Barefield of Chattanooga, TN. four great grandchildren, Brianna Barefield of Benton, KY, Noah Reed, Christopher Reed and Sophie Spindler all of
Paducah, KY. a great grandchild, Robyn Barefield of Benton, KY.

Rexanna was preceded in death by her parents Gordon and Mary Bondurant.
