Edwin House

Edwin R. House, age 101 of Clinton, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2022 at the Clinton-Hickman Co. ICF in Clinton.  He was a member of the former Salem Methodist Church and current member at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church and was a WWII United States Air Force veteran.  Edwin had farmed and worked as an electrician and plumber for Ellis Heating and Plumbing.
 
 He is survived by his daughter, Janie Shelton of Clinton, son, Paul Edwin (Terry) House of Paducah, sister, Sue Brummal of Clinton, and 3 grandchildren, Stacey (Clay) Crump of Wingo,  Stephanie Shelton and Susanne Shelton, both of Clinton, 3 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, William Alvie and Ina Marie Williams House, wife, Charleene House, 5 brothers and 3 sisters.
 
Graveside services will be held Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 11:30 AM at the Salem Cemetery with Rev. Glen Stewart officiating.  Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at the service time.
