Mr. James “Jim” Marshall Fraser, age 77 of Clinton, passed away Sunday, January 8, 2023 at the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville.    Jim was retired Veteran who served for 20 years with United States Army.  He also worked at Goodyear and worked as Hickman County Deputy Sheriff.  Jim was of Baptist Faith. 
 
He is survived by his wife, Judy Reynolds Fraser of Clinton, 3 daughters, Janie (Stacy) Adams, Shannon Gray and Amy “Curtis” Hensley, all of Clinton, Son, James “Jimmy” (Amanda)  Marshall Fraser II, of Lubbock, TX; Brother, Dan Fraser of Clinton, sister Ruthie McCutchen of Clinton and 8 grandchildren, Erika Fraser of Clinton, Kristia Fraser of Troy, TN, Jay Fraser and ShyAnn Fraser of Lubbock, TX, Ethan Farmer, Peyton Gray, Hailey Stinson and Kady Stinson, all of Clinton and 4 great grandchildren.  
 
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Marshall Fraser and Alva Virginia Templeton Fraser Roney, and 3 sisters.
 
Funeral services will be held 11 AM Thursday, January 12, 2023 at the Brown Funeral Home in Clinton with Rev. Chad Frizzell officiating.  Burial will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery with Military Rites.  Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 11, 2023 from 4:00 – 7:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home in Clinton.
